SHARING FROM THE ROAD~ March 9 We had a wonderful time down in South GA picking up the RV, (except picking up the BIG bill.....lol) Allen said he wasn't happy about the RV breaking down but if it had to happen it sure happened in the right place! The people at the Cheverlet place were wonderful to us they got on the phones and helped us find a local church 1/2 mile from the chevy place to minister at ~ COG pastor Bro John Nunes & his family and his church family were gracious enough to have us last minute they were all super sweet! AND their choir was such a blessing to us - what a talented group of people in one church, we hope to drop by and hear bro John preach one of these days as we're going thru there! SHARING FROM THE ROAD~

March 5 ~ HAPPY 21ST B 'DAY TO O'liviajade today! Always wonderful going down south to FL we have extended SWEET church families there too that we enjoy being with very much! However on the way back home to Nashville sunday night around 1:30 am at around 75 mph I heard something strange going on with the RV I pulled off an exit ( lucky it was me driving not Allen - he would have never heard it)..I got out checked my tires like my brother taught me except I didn't have the stick thing'e to hit it the tires with with so I opened the trailer got a microphone stand -hit them it worked fine........same difference! lol I got back on the interstate heard a grinding sound...next...getting louder so I got off the next exit..waited till morning and guess what....there just happened to be a chevy dealership off that exit...that serviced small RV's ... THE LORD IS GOOD! We were safe thru the night , we didn't crash , they found a used part for us to help save on the cost...(a spindle new is around $750 just for it)...so basically the bearing's melted onto the spindle & rotar & brake and messed up stuff I know nothing about and it all has to be replaced. So we had to rent a van to come home in and the RV is suppose to be ready for pick up tomorrow...PRAY FOR OUR MINISTRY glf

Feb 17 ALWAYS GREAT TO TRAVEL DOWN SOUTH TO THE GREAT STATE M-I-S-S-I-S-S-I-P-P-I ! & GO SAINTS!! WHO DAT !!!! great time down in south MS with Open Door Baptist always fun being with them! Great to see family and to have Caleb Branch helping our ministry! Jan 15 ~ Cagney is on the road to recovery! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PRAYER'S, CARD'S AND THE GIFTS! IT REALLY MEANT A LOT! Dec 15 the count down to Cagney's sweet 16 birthday -dec 22 he received some really cool gifts from Ms. Vikki down in MS this past weekend which speaking of the GREAT state M-I-S-S-I-S-S-I-P-P-I we had a wonderful time at the Double E Christmas party and we visited with some VERY nice people over at oak hill baptist and Anchor baptist AND Thank goodness for the good ole' boys down south with their 4 wheel drive big truck's which the pastor had one that really came in handy after I got the RV stuck in the mudd in the front entry way of the church........so everyone had to go around it....to get to church sunday morning...and I want say whether it was a FORD CHEVY OR DODGE that pulled us out with no problem ...as not to offend some of our good pastor friends out in TX and my dad...who is a chevy ONLY man ...hint... We are really looking forward to a new year working for the MAIN MAN in 2010 blessings to everyone !

Dec 7 Thank you to Brad & Elizabeth, Bro Tommy & Ms Sue for your kindness and great hospitality ! I really enjoyed a Christmas program done at a very large church while in TX the kids sang so pretty they looked so beautiful in their new Christmas outfits – it made me wish O’liviajade & Cagney were small again so I could stick a big red bow in O’jade’s hair and put a bright green bow–tie on Cagney like I used to every year lol..…….I really miss those days! However I was very disappointed and surprised at this very large church’s percentage of kids that were involved in their Christmas program as well as the adult turn out to support these children’s hard work and efforts as well as the time the teachers gave for this to take place. (we know the Lord will bless them abundantly for their time & efforts for HIM). So let’s say the church had around 2000 member’s and let’s say the kid’s that were involved in the Christmas program were at least 50 kids but more like 30? The math is pretty simple …… so is the youth made a priority at this church? Or maybe the 2000 members are primarily adults ? I don’t know but I would like to encourage all churches large & small to make the youth in your church a priority all year round but especially this time of year it gives them something to look forward to but more importantly it teaches them to do something special for our Saviour’s birthday and it can be a great witnessing tool to bring a lost family member out to see them that normally don’t go to church. And for the adults not supporting different things that go on at your church like the example above ~ but really anything that your church is involved in if you’re a member there it is your responsibly to be there if there is anyway you can. Another example ~ I was very saddened for a lady, my heart just broke it was about a year or so ago this lady had worked so hard putting on a special event at her church where she had been a member for over 25 years……..and maybe 50 people from her church came out to support her. This lady had cooked food for over 2 day’s enough to feed over 400 people……Did this church (which is the body of Christ) not like this lady? Who was very sweet & kind ………….and her cause was all about Jesus? Or were they just to busy….and or more than likely they weren’t involved in it … so they just didn’t care ……..? WE NEED TO GET BUSY SUPPORTING GOD’S CHURCHES & WORKERS – I believe the bible speaks of a great falling away in the last days…. ..Why because people put themselves first before the things of God ~ I feel. GLF

Allen & O'liviajade had a great time in CA.,, Thanks Bonnie & Al for treating them so well and taking care of them! O'liviajade made a comment on stage after returning from CA (without Cagney nor I there) that CAGNEY wasn't just for LOOK's...LOL that he really was a lot of help and she realized how much work he really did do!lol

Dec 1 , Allen & O'liviajade flew out to CA early this morning to minister and bask in the sun , while Cagney and I are freezing here in Tennessee . Dt 15:10

Nov 24 We took 2 wk's off to regroup and RENEW our strenght in HIM we ask that you pray for our family. This pass weekend we headed out to SC to be with some friends we got back monday morning we had a wonderful time with the Shirey's & Upward Bound we met some wonderful people at Country Earl's , Corner Stone Theatre and Midway Methodist. South Carolina was great!

Oct 2009 ARE YOU TIRED OF MINISTRY’S ALWAYS ASKING FOR MONEY ? ~ A visiting pastor at a church we sang at a few months back shared this with one of our family members – He said that he was tired of ministry’s always asking for and wanting something ALL THE TIME ? The family member simply said ~ Well it takes a lot for the Lords work to get done around the world and He uses His people to do that ! WAS THIS RIGHT OR WRONG OF THIS ELDER more importantly Pastor to feel this way in his heart? Was he burnt out on the Lords people or the Lords work? Should we as Christian’s be willing to give to God’s workers without a 2nd thought ? * note: I said God’s workers not con's and you’ll know a true called ministry by their fruit ! Doesn’t it take money to do most anything? Well the Lords work is no different whether it be for a church, or some missionary in a foreign land or a traveling ministry traveling across these beautiful Untied States of America week after week with unexpected expenses most every week. So the next time you have the opportunity to be a blessing to any ministry the Lord has sent your way. I hope you think about this Man of God's sad attitude?

Recently we were at a large church they had a RADIO & TV ministry……in a big city and they were excited to use the FRIZZELL name to bring the people in.... ??(They said) and we felt this was an oppourtunity to go minister so we agreed to go for a very very small expense guarantee ONLY (which didn't even cover the gas and food expenses there and back but we knew that up front and agreed) NOT GOOD BUSINESS? Well your right but we’re not in the ministry for business or we wouldn’t be in it and neither would any other legitimate ministry) also NO accommodation’s for us and our two children to rest after driving over 700 miles…. and oh yeah LISTEN TO THIS! The pastor nicely said and don’t make no kinda announcements that you need something for your ministry like on your way your bus engine just happen to blow up or something like that ….. I have had a few groups in here in the past that did just that and I don’t want to cause an embarrassing situation… to you! . So we arrived at the church and it was very beautiful and the pastor was a VERY nice man! He bragged of how his new fellowship hall and church were totally debt free PAID FOR he proclaimed ! (Which I believe the Lord used GIVING people to accomplish this (His work) at that church) Well on the way to his church after driving around 4 hrs from Nashville TN thru the night we had a BLOW OUT it ruined two of our back tires which cost us $185.00 a piece…plus a service call ect… but remember we weren’t allowed to mention to the Lords people anything of our needs… But the Lord IS FAITHFUL He takes care of His people we had two people come up and give us a check after the service ! We have tried to look at this from the pastor’s point of view, maybe there had been a lot of ministries thur his church lately with needs but I believe as christians we are suppose to help our fellow brethren with their needs no matter what? Without question! We know a lot of people in the ministry who have needs and they are real needs NOT WANTS and they are suppose to be met thru the Lords people ! CHEERFULLY I believe is what the bible says ! BY THE WAY a 30 yr old woman asked the Lord into her heart at that church and THAT’S WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO!

We are a FULL time ministry that is all we do! We travel from the East Coast to the West Coast traveling aprox 1500 miles or more EVERY WEEKEND thru out the yr and as hard as it is WE LOVE IT! With Allen's name and former success in the music industry the Lord really uses that to bring people in to hear the gospel thru song & testimony done Country Style:). However with that FORMER success comes the idea that Allen can afford to support his family (remember - his testimony he closed his business/income 3 yrs ago to go into the ministry) keep supporting this expensive traveling music ministry year after year; Allen's MINISTRY is not unlike any other ministry - except we DO NOT have monthly supporters to help us with ministry expense's like most all of them do. To be honest we didn't realize that is how it's done. We ask that you pray about becoming a Monthly Supporter :)and by doing that it makes you a part of each live that we touch for HIM......
